WhatsApp is one of the most widely used apps throughout the world. Initially, the company has come up with the messaging feature but later on its VoIP calling feature gained so much popularity, that most of the users preferred calling through the app. As most of the contacts communicate via video calling feature, you will likely get more than one call at the same time. So now, there will be a call waiting for a feature that will notify them about the new incoming call when they are already one another call. The user will be provided the name of the person calling him accompanies with the two more options: declining the call or hanging up the current call in order to answer the new one. Here’s where the flaw and issue with this feature get started. It should have provided users with the ability to put one call on hold.
